NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. – Free math tutoring continues this weekend at the library. An Operation Graduation vendor party planned for Sunday is being postponed due to predicted bad weather.
Saturday, Feb. 23
Free math tutoring: 11 a.m. Free math tutoring for middle school students at the Whitinsvlle Social Library. The tutoring is provided as a community service by a retired math teacher with 40 years of experience. Call the library at 508-234-2151 or ask at the front desk to register.
Sunday, Feb. 24
POSTPONED due to pending storm: Operation Graduation vendor party: 1 to 4 p.m. Uxbridge Progressive Cub, 18 Whitin St., Uxbridge. Vendors will sell products and services, offer cleaning and decorating tips, and provide raffle gifts at the fundraiser for Operation Graduation. Entrance is free. A wine and beer tasting will be hosted by Friendly Discount Liquors from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Cost is $20.
