More than 150 children in costume traded their sneakers for roller skates and enjoyed, despite some inevitable bumps and bruises, what has become a tradition at the Community Center — a costume roller skatng party that raises money for the center's Youth Outreach program.

Youth Outreach is a program that provides four free programs to children in the commmunity — an after-school program at the Rockdale Youth Center, a Saturday afternoon fitness and fun program, a mentoring partnership and a summer youth theater.
