Northbridge Girl Scouts Help Spread Halloween Spirit

NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. — Northbridge Cadette Troop 11530 collected 80 Halloween costumes from the community in a project to honor the 100th birthday of Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Low.

"We wanted to thank the Northbridge school administration for supporting us with the terrific community service project," said troop leader Julie Cray.

The girls organized the project and delivered the costumes to Operation Suitcase. "There were people waiting to see when they would be delivered so they could shop for free," noted Cray.
