DOUGLAS/LEICESTER, Mass. - Matthew J. Linde, 16, died Nov. 20, 2012 at home after a sudden illness.
He is survived by his loving parents, Nancy A. (Sturtevant) and James J. Linde, his sister Alicia M. Linde, his grandmother Ruth A. Linde and grandmother Joan M. Sturtevant who will hold him in their hearts forever. He also leaves several aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
Matt was born in Worcester November 27, 1995. He grew up in Leicester attending school there before recently moving to Douglas. He loved sports, and those who knew Matt will remember how he could easily bring a smile to everyone around him. He will be greatly missed.
All are invited to calling hours for Matt on Friday, Nov. 23 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., N.Grafton. Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of his family.
In lieu of flowers his family requests memorial donations to a fund in his memory to The Matthew Linde Trust c/o Grafton Suburban Credit Union 86 Worcester St. N.Grafton MA 01536.
