NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. – Jeannette M. Bilodeau Beaupre, formerly of Northbridge, died Jan. 4 at Oakwood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Webster after an illness. She was 80.
She was born July 14, 1932, in Northbridge to Gaudias and Odelie Lacroix Bilodeau. A longtime Northbridge resident, she attended local schools and worked as a certified nurse’s aide.
She was previously employed by the former Cushing General Hospital in Framingham and Beaumont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Northbridge until her retirement at age 65.
She enjoyed going out to eat, especially with her sister, Yvette, and being with her family members, visiting each of them Sundays after church.
Beaupre was predeceased by her husband of 34 years, Richard Beaupre, in 1982; a son, Ronald Beaupre, in 2009; a grandson, Donald L. Fraser, on Dec. 16, 2012; as well as a brother and six sisters.
She is survived by five children, Paul (Rebecca) Beaupre, of Vermont, Darlene (Donald) Fraser, of Webster, Jeffrey (Gloria) Beaupre, of Northbridge, Kevin (Karen) Beaupre, of Northbridge, and Laurie (David) Woodward, of Grafton; two sisters, Yvette Campo, of Linwood, and Madeline Finn, of California; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Jackman Funeral Home in Whitinsville. A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter's Church in Northbridge. Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery.
