NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. – A Northbridge man was arrested twice within about three hours Monday evening on charges that included assault and battery domestic and intimidating a witness, Northbridge police said.
Lester Burdick of 1063 Providence Road was arrested at 9:27 p.m. after a brief investigation, police said. He was released on bail but arrested again at 11:43 p.m. on charges of violating a restraining order, police said. He was scheduled for arraignment in Uxbridge District Court on Tuesday.
Northbridge police also reported the following incidents:
• On Wednesday at 11:10 a.m., 30-year-old Amanda Hendrickson of 51 Border St. was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a warrant out of Uxbridge District Court on an original charge of operating the influence of drugs and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, police said.
She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street, police said. Sgt. Brian Patrinelli was the arresting officer.
• In the week of Dec. 3 through 10, Northbridge police responded to two reports of domestic assault and battery incidents and several motor vehicle accidents with property damage.
