NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. – The video message on the Northbridge Police Department website this month comes from Chief Walter Warchol – topics parents should discuss with their children to keep them safe.
Those topics should include bullying, good touch/bad touch, inappropriate behavior from persons in authority and staying safe in this world of social media, Warchol said.
Warchol's message comes just weeks after a member of the community was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography and making sexual requests via the Internet to minor boys.
The message can be heard on the Northbridge Police Department website.
