NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. – A charge of domestic assault and battery was filed against a 34-year-old Whitinsville man on Sept. 21.
Police said Jonathan Morton, 34, of 20.5 East St., was arrested at 8:30 p.m. at his residence. The alleged victim was not injured.
Morton was released on bail and arraigned in Uxbridge District Court on Tuesday.
The arresting officer was Matthew Leonard.

Several court defaults led to the arrest on Sept. 24 of a 24-year-old Whitinsville woman. Police said Ashley Lund of 92B East St., was arrested at her home at 9:50 p.m. Charges are: court default warrant - Milford Court for license suspended; court default warrant - Uxbridge Court for larceny under; court default warrant - Milford Court for larceny under; court default warrant - Uxbridge Court for License suspended; and court warrant - Uxbridge Court for improper use of a credit card. Lund was held and taken to Uxbridge District Court on Monday. Arresting officers were Sgt. Brian Patrinelli and Officer Michael Marino.
