Northbridge Man Arrested On Morals Charge

NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. – A morals investigation lead to the arrest of a 23-year-old Northbridge man on charges of enticement of a child under age 16, Northbridge police report.

Michael J. Mehallic of 169 Church St. was arrested Tuesday in a case involving a 14-year-old girl, police said.

Mehallic was held in police custody on $2,500 cash bail and will be arraigned in Uxbridge Court. Arresting officers were Sgt. Shawn Heney and Det. Donald Roy.

The police log for the week of Aug. 20-27 is attached.
