NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. — A 23-year-old Upton man was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana on Thursday, June 28, at about 9 p.m.
Zachary R. McQuilken of 13 Williams St., Upton, was held pending arraignment in Uxbridge District Court. He was arrested by officers investigating a report of a suspicious automobile at the former Northbridge Nursing Home on Providence Road.
Arresting officers were Chief Walter Warchol and Sgt. Shawn Heney.
Laurie Hewitt of 242 Church Ave., Northbridge, was arrested on June 29 after Walmart security reported she paid for some items and concealed others on her person, police said.
Randy Lloyd was the arresting officer.
