Sutton Man Arrested In Northbridge On Drunk Driving Charge

NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. – A 53-year-old Sutton man was arrested on a fourth-offense drunken driving charge after an accident on Main Street at Memorial Square on Dec. 16, according to a police report.

Police said Dana M. Kelliher of 577 Mendon Road, Sutton was also charged with a marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Northbridge Police Department received multiple 911 calls regarding a motor vehicle crash at around 12:30 a.m. Upon arrival officers found major damage to some sidewalk rails and the vehicle.

After an investigation, police said Mr. Kelliher was taken to Milford Hospital to be checked out and then arrested on the three charges.

He is scheduled for arraignment in Uxbridge District Court.

Arresting officers are Randy Lloyd, Kristina Westbury and Brian Collins and Sgt. Stephen Zollin.
