Alleged Drug Dealer Accused Of Selling Fentanyl, Meth, Crack After Mount Vernon Traffic Stop A traffic stop in Westchester led to the arrest of a man accused of selling illegal drugs, including fentanyl, meth, and crack. The stop was made around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2 in Mount Vernon when New York State Police troopers pulled over a 2009 Acura RL for several violations of the vehicle and traffic law in the city of Mount Vernon, on 1st Street.
