Man Assaulted With Glass Bottle: Mount Olive PD
A 44-year-old Budd Lake man was arrested and charged after he assaulted a person with a glass bottle, authorities announced Wednesday, Aug. 5.
At 1:03 a.m., on Sunday, July 26, officers responded to a residence on Budd Lake after a man reported he was struck by a glass bottle, causing it to break, by Cristian Rodriguezgonzalez, Mount Olive police said.
Officers located Rodriguezgonzalez and after a brief struggle, placed him under arrest, police said. He was charged with aggravated assault and multiple weapons offenses, police said.

A 37-year-old Trenton man was arrested and charged with attempted murder and arson after he intentionally set fire to a home, police announced Friday, June 5, authorities said.
