A car owner's dashboard camera was credited for helping catch a Virginia man accused of stealing it in Atlantic City, authorities said. Brandon Keyser, 31, of Topping, VA, was arrested on Thursday, May 23, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. He was charged with theft. A 23-year-old driver was hospitalized after she crashed into an unoccupied roadway service vehicle along Route 29 in Mercer County, authorities said. Manajae Burke, of Bordentown, was driving northbound in a Honda Civic near milepost 0.7 in Hamilton at about 1:15 a.m. Monday, May 27 when she veered off the highway and struck a guardrail before rear-ending the Ford F350 pickup, New Jersey State Police said.
