She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Bethel Supercross BMX Opens For 34th Season Of Bicycle Racing BETHEL, Conn. -- Bethel Supercross BMX Track will open for its 34th consecutive season of BMX bicycle racing on Wednesday, April 27. Open House events will be held on Saturday, April 23 and Saturday, April 30, from 1-3 p.m. On Wednesdays, races start at 7 p.m. New riders are welcome and encouraged to come learn about the sport. All they need to race is a bike, helmet, long pants and long sleeved shirt. The track offers a free one-day license for all newcomers. Races are free for spectators. Ridgefield Boy Wins Connecticut's Geographic Bee, Heads To Nationals In DC RIDGEFIELD, Conn. — Ritwik Bose, an eighth-grader at Scotts Ridge Middle School in Ridgefield, took top honors at the 2016 Connecticut National Geographic Bee held April 1 at Central Connecticut State University.
