Quintrell Dailey, 25, was charged with larceny and conspiracy after he turned himself in to police in Hartford earlier this month, according to Wilton police. The purses stolen from T.J. Maxx were worth about $1,200, The Wilton Bulletin article said. Wilton police, who took custody of Dailey, said he posted a $2,500 bond and was released. Wappingers Falls House Fire Injures One Person WAPPINGERS FALL, N.Y. – One person was injured while escaping a house fire in Wappingers Falls Monday night, according to a report in The Poughkeepsie Journal. Two people were at home when the blaze broke out at 6 Woodland Court around 8 p.m., and one of them suffered serious burns, The Poughkeepsie Journal reported. Multiple fire departments, including Hughsonville and East Fishkill, responded to the fire, which was put out by 9 p.m., The Poughkeepsie Journal said. Walter Hand, 53, of Suffern, walked out of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Lafayette Avenue on Friday, May 6, with a gold lunette, a device used to hold the host upright in a cross-shaped vessel during Mass, police said.
