Man Shot On Newark-South Orange Border: Police A man was found shot on the border of Newark and South Orange on the early morning of Thursday, Dec. 5, authorities said. At 1:25 a.m., Newark police responded to Kenmore Avenue near Holland Road in South Orange on a report of shooting and found the man, Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said.
