She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. Valhalla Boys Indoor Track Win League Championship, Girls Place Second VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Valhalla High School's indoor track team smashed many personal bests and school records at the indoor Track League Championships.The Championships took place at the Armory Indoor Track and Field Center in Manhattan on Jan. 17. The boys team finished in first place as league champions, and the girls team finished in second place. Valhalla Vikings Win By One Point, Meet Basketball Alum From '70s And '80s VALHALLA, N.Y. -- It was a special night for the Valhalla High School boys varsity and junior varsity basketball players on Jan. 22. Not only did they beat Pleasantville High School, but they were also visited by members of the Valhalla basketball teams from the 1970s and 1980s. Swim, Run and Bike At New Rochelle YMCA's Indoor Triathlon NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Join the New Rochelle YMCA for an indoor triathlon.It will be Sunday, Feb. 7. The men start at 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., and the women start at 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The event consists three events: swimming, running and bicycling.
