The incident took place in Ulster County on Tuesday, Nov. 29, off Route 28 in the town of Olive. Deputies responded to the area after a passerby reported seeing a person lying in a wooded area off of Route 28, said the Ulster County Sheriff's Office. Fire Breaks Out At Multi-Family Home In Norwalk Nine people were left homeless following a fire that destroyed a multi-family residence in Fairfield County. The fire took place in Norwalk around 10:10 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 43 Lexington Ave. The fire started in the bedroom of the home and quickly spread to floors above, said Norwalk Fire Department Deputy Chief Steve Shay. There were nine occupants at home at the time of the fire and all escaped without injury, Shay said. The unidentified man was found in the waters off of Grass Island around 2:40 pm., Tuesday, Nov. 29.
