Suspect Nabbed In Brazen, Broad-Daylight Attempted Robbery Outside Greenwich Avenue Apple Store A 20-year-old man was extradited to Fairfield County for allegedly taking part in a strong robbery of a brother and sister in the summer in front of an Apple store. The original incident took place in Greenwich on Monday, July 18, on lower Greenwich Avenue around 4:30 p.m. Geraldo Morales, of the Bronx, was extradited from New York last week and charged with a number of felonies, including conspiracy to commit robbery and criminal attempt at larceny, according to the Greenwich Police. 32-Year-Old Seriously Injured After Being Struck By Car On Long Island Roadway A 32-year-old Long Island man was seriously injured after being struck by a car while crossing a busy roadway. The incident took place in Mount Sinai around 11;10 p.m. on Route 25A. According to the Suffolk County Police, Vincent Rienzie, of Mount Sinai, was crossing Route 25A, just west of Mount Sinai-Coram Road, from north to south, when he was struck by an eastbound 2022 Subaru Forrester. 27-Year-Old Who Stepped Out Of Car After Crash Struck, Killed By SUV On CT Roadway Connecticut State Police are seeking witnesses to a five-car crash that killed a 27-year-old Connecticut man who was struck on I-91 after getting out of his Honda Accord when it became disabled. Hudson Valley Man Charged With Giving Indecent Material To Minors, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with the dissemination of indecent material to minors following a lengthy investigation, according to police. Dutchess County resident Hayez D. Prelich, age 25 of Pine Plains, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov.2, in New York City. According to Dutchess County Sheriff's Capt. Alert Issued For Possible Rabid Skunks In Hudson Valley Town Residents in one Hudson Valley town are being warned that aggressive skunks have been seen in the area and may be rabid. The incidents took place in Dutchess County in the area of Rochdale Road in the town of Poughkeepsie on Sunday, Oct. 30, and Tuesday, Nov. 1, said the Dutchess County Department of Behavioral & Community Health. CT Man Faces Child Porn Charge A convicted sex offender from Connecticut who was serving probation was allegedly busted with more than 10,000 images of child porn and voyeurism on cell phones he was not allowed to possess. Hartford County resident Gregory Butts, age 52, of Suffield, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 31 following a months-long investigation by the Connecticut State Police. Family Sues EF Academy In Thornwood Over Son's Suicide The family of a student from Italy who died by suicide at a prestigious New York academy in Westchester County after being disciplined for alleged cheating has filed a lawsuit against the school. Long Island Man Charged With Stabbing 50-Year-Old During Fight, Police Say A Long Island man has been charged with assault after allegedly stabbing another person during an altercation. The incident took place in New Cassel around 5:50 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 1 in the area of 846 Prospect Ave. According to detectives, two men were arguing when the incident escalated one was stabbed by the other in the chest.
