The crash occurred on Ralph Boulevard in the hamlet of Monsey. No further details were available Monday. Three other car crashes that day were property-damage only, police said. They happened in Monsey, the hamlet of Hillcrest and the village of Pomona, police said. Police were called to a residence in the village of Chestnut Ridge Friday to aid someone who had had collapsed. When they got there, they found a man who was not breathing but who had a pulse.
