Judith Williams, age 42, of New Haven, was killed around 6:15 p.m., Monday, Jan. 22 on Whalley Avenue near Hudson Street in New Haven. Capt. Rose Bell of the New Haven police said officers responded to the area after a motorist called 911 and reported that he had struck a female in the roadway. The man was found around 11 a.m. in Willimantic on Monday, Jan. 23 by the Willimantic Police who responded to a report of an "untimely death," at a home on Aspen Place, state police said.
