The fire took place in Sullivan County around 8 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 27 at 132 Haddock Road in Monticello. While en route Sullivan Fire was told that a man that had reportedly jumped from a second-floor window had suffered multiple burns. Jamel M. Williams, address unknown, was arrested in Dutchess County on Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the town of East Fishkill. Three Arrested In CT Hoarding Case Where Some 200 Cats Were Found, Police Say Three Connecticut adults were charged with 106 counts of animal cruelty in connection to a cat hoarding incident. The incident was discovered in Litchfield County on Monday, June 13 in Winsted.
