Alert Issued For Missing 16-Year-Old Danbury Girl Police are asking the public for help locating a missing, endangered teenager from Northern Fairfield County. Heidi Logan-Sorenson, age 16, of Danbury, was reported missing on Friday, Aug. 19, said the Connecticut State Police. Heidi, who also goes by the name "Lee Logan," is described as being 5-foot-2, 110 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.  Police, who have issued a Silver Alert,  say she may have shaved her hair and be wearing a hat or hoodie. ID Released For Person Struck, Killed By Train In Hudson Valley Officials with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority have released the identity of a man who was killed after being struck by a train in the Hudson Valley. Paul Engel, age 67, of Manhattan, was killed in Orange County around 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 17 in Scotchtown, a hamlet of the town of Wallkill. Earlier report: Person On Tracks, Struck, Killed By Train In Scotchtown According to the MTA, Engel was struck by a New Jersey Transit Authority train and confirmed dead at the scene. An investigation is ongoing by the MTA Police.

2 Stabbed On CT Metro-North Train Two men were stabbed on a Connecticut Metro-North train. The incident took place in New Haven County around 4 p.m., Monday, Aug. 22, in Naugatuck.
