Danbury Police Charge Bethel Man With Selling Heroin To Woman BETHEL, Conn. -- A Bethel man was arrested in Danbury as part of a statewide initiative targeting narcotics dealers who distribute heroin, opioids or Fentanyl causing death or serious injury to users, according to the NewsTimes. Police said Ryan Budd, 25, who was arrested March 9, was accused of selling heroin to a 25-year-old woman who had two non-fatal overdoses earlier this year, said the NewsTimes.
