The festival ran April 1-5 in Greenwich, Stamford and Manhattan. Trumbull Library Offers Free SAT, ACT, Psat Tests This Weekend TRUMBULL, Conn. — The Trumbull Library System will offer a free practice SAT, ACT or PSAT test Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Main Library Community Room.This is for grades seven-12. Please indicate which test the student will be taking.
