She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Ridgefield League Of Women Voters Raises $1,000 To Support Voter Education RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- More than $1,000 was raised to support voter education and awareness by The Ridgefield League of Women Voters through a recent art raffle and guest bartending event at Gallo Ristorante. A raffle for Rachel Volpone’s painting “Sea-Blue” was won by Sharon Hyde.
