Greenwich Police Officers Honored For MADD Enforcement, Education GREENWICH, Conn. -- Master Police Officers Michael Ucci and JD Smith were the Greenwich Police Department's Mothers Against Drunk Drivers Honorees for 2016. Each year, MADD recognizes the work of officers from around the state for DWI enforcement and education. Founded by a mother whose daughter was killed by a drunk driver, Mothers Against Drunk Driving works to protect families from drunk driving, drugged driving and underage drinking.
